Greenfield Tower was built with the Lessees’ convenience in mind. The building is fitted with Mitsubishi’s elevators and escalators for its conveyance system. The high and low zones are each provided with six (6) high speed elevators, or a total of twelve (12) for the office levels. Through the use of an Elevator Traffic Management System, the occupants are directed to the designated elevator car that will minimize the travel time to their destination floor. There are also two elevators for the parking levels in the basement. The Main Lobby up to the third floor are provided with two freight elevators. In addition, there is an escalator system for the said floors (lobby up to the third floor). The 5th and 6th floors are serviced by the low-zone elevators. Parking will not be a problem, as the building has 5 basement levels with more than 500 parking slots.
The building is fitted with a fire detection and alarm system, as well as a sprinkler system on all floors. As an added safety measure, the building has three fire escapes per floor that are remote from each other, and a service/ fireman’s elevator that connects to all floors of the building.
